At Eyes on Bed-Stuy, we take our time with each client to deliver a tailored experience, to ensure not only your satisfaction but your love of your new eyewear.
There are NO refunds on custom lenses. Exchange only on frames that are in NEW and unworn condition, with all boxes, original packaging, and extras returned in the pristine form they were delivered to you, within 14 days of purchase at the discretion of Eyes on Bed-Stuy.
There are no cash refunds - store credit only.
While we do not warranty products outside of the individual manufacturer's warranty, we do stand by our work and the products that we carry. In the event of an unhappy experience, we will do our utmost to seek a resolution to make sure that you LOVE your glasses, while working within the parameters that labs and manufacturers allow us to.
For Online purchases - Frames must be returned in unworn condition in all of its original packagings within 14 days. Shipping costs are not refundable and the client is responsible for their own return shipping cost. Please return using a shipping method that provides both tracking and insurance as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.
When shopping in our online store, please consider that frames very rarely fit perfectly right out of their case. We will work with you to locate a trusted optician in your area for adjustments. We encourage you to reach out and book a virtual consultation before purchasing online, in the spirit of finding a frame that best suits you.
